Please wait for the content to load. Next, click on the "Trigger" option. In the search menu, select Clickup and choose the trigger event that best suits your requirements.

After choosing your trigger event, click "Continue," then select the appropriate workspace. Click "Continue" once more to allow the system to configure.

When the configuration is complete, click on "Test Trigger." Wait for the testing process to finish. Afterward, click "Skip Test" and then select "Continue."

Now, choose the specific app for this integration by selecting JotForm from the search results. Pick the desired action event and click "Continue." You will then select a specific form.

Click on the three dots, then select the "Custom" option. Ensure to click "Custom" again to proceed.

Clickup will suggest some results. Please wait, and then click on the particular result you need. Alternatively, you can assign an email address according to your preferences.

After setting everything up, click on "Continue." Then, click on "Test Step" followed by "Skip Test." Once the setup is complete, click "Publish."
